Scene Description:
Dr. Manson was already seething on a brutal day when this cocky bastard swaggered into her office, moaning about a throbbing headache that refused to quit. She barked out aspirin, but the smug patient sneered that he'd already tried that weak shit and it hadn't done a damn thing. Her patience shattered; she turned vicious and cutting, until the guy threatened to rat her out to her supervisor. Dr. Manson wasn't swallowing that bullshit threat, so she decided to show the arrogant prick exactly how good—and filthy—she could be.
