Scene Description:
Dr. Swede towers over the cocky medical student who's all swagger and zero sense, the arrogant prick demanding antibiotics for his pathetic cold while refusing any exam. Disgusted by the brat's ego and shitty bedside manner, the doctor snaps yanking him close to deliver a raw, punishing lesson that leaves the student gasping, stretched, and thoroughly broken in.
