Scene Description:
Keiran aches to turn his thick, creamy load into a magical, addictive nectar so his ravenous lady will finally gulp it all down without hesitation. He bolts straight to Dr. Lee's office, desperate for a fix. She lays out a filthy new diet, but insists on dropping to her knees and sampling his fresh spunk herself to make sure it delivers.
